But in high-performance environments, the question is always the same:
Where is the next advantage?
As the game evolves, so too must the way we understand it.
This pilot is an exploration of what might come next.

We are currently testing a new performance model designed to look at the game through a different lens.
Not by adding more data, but by questioning; what actually matters, what gets missed and how that influences the decisions coaches make.

Not a finished product, not a service being sold.
It is a working model, being tested in real environments.

How it Works
We will collaborate with a partner club during a short pilot phase.
- No disruption to existing analysis
- No requirement to change current processes
- No additional workload where possible
We observe, test, and feed back — keeping things simple and usable.
What we are exploring and why it matters
Without overcomplicating it, this work is focused on:
- Seeing the game more clearly
- Understanding how performance actually unfolds
- Identifying what truly influences outcomes
The detail sits behind the model.
In many environments, more information hasn’t led to better decisions.
If anything, it can create noise.
This project takes a different position:
Better understanding beats more data.
Get Involved
We are open to working with a small number of environments who are curious, open-minded, and comfortable operating in a development space.
As we are in a pilot and building phase, there is no charge for this work.

What We Need From a Club
- We want to embed for a few weeks in your processes (confidentiality assured)
- Access to match footage and the permission and access to collect simple data
- Openness to test and provide honest feedback
- A willingness to explore something still in development
