Work With Us
No two projects look quite the same.
Our work spans learning, innovation, insight and heritage, taking different forms depending on the problem — from research and education programmes to workshops, events and experiments.
Have something in mind? Let's see what we can create together.

What might we do together?
What are you trying to do?
We work with people and organisations in sport to create better learning, understand difficult problems and try new ideas.
You don't need to arrive with a finished brief. Bring us a question, a challenge or an idea, and we'll work out what might be useful together.
Design a Workshop
Got people together? Let's make the time matter.
We design and run workshops, knowledge exchanges and learning experiences.
We can help with the original idea, understand the people in the room, design the experience, create the content and facilitate the work.
We don't start with a PowerPoint.
We start with why these people are in this room and what should be different when they leave.

Build a Learning Programme
Turn an idea into something people can learn from.
We design courses, curricula and longer-term development programmes.
Sometimes we start from scratch. Sometimes the knowledge already exists and the job is to give it structure, make it useful and create a better learning experience around it.

Explore / Research a Problem
Something doesn't quite make sense? Let's find out what's really happening.
We use research to understand problems in the real world.
That might involve interviews, observation, data, existing evidence or getting the right people together and asking better questions.
The aim isn't research for research's sake.
It's understanding that can be used.

Try Something New
Have an idea you're not quite sure what to do with? Good.
We like experimenting.
That might mean exploring how technology could help, building a prototype, testing a new approach or simply making enough of an idea to put it in front of real people.
We're particularly interested in innovation that makes human experiences better rather than replacing them.

Something Else?
Some of our favourite work doesn't fit neatly into a category.

Got Something in Mind
It doesn't have to fit neatly into one of our boxes.
