Insight creates understanding.

We combine research, performance analysis and evaluation to help organisations understand performance, people and systems more clearly. By combining evidence with context, we generate insights that inform decisions, shape learning and support meaningful change.

What We Do

1

Research & Evaluation

Pragmatic research and evaluation that helps organisations understand the impact of their programmes and identify opportunities for improvement.

2

Performance Insight

Turning complex information into clear narratives that support coaches, technical leaders and decision-makers.

3

Tournament Analysis

Performance analysis that goes beyond the numbers to explore the tactical, technical, physical and contextual factors shaping success.

4

Strategic Insight

Using evidence to challenge assumptions, explore emerging trends and support future planning.

Every insight project begins with a question. Evidence helps us answer it.

What really matters in rugby league?

Developed an evidence-informed Territory Index through the analysis of more than 75 professional matches, identifying the indicators most closely associated with territorial control and performance.

Our Approach

We believe insight should never exist in isolation.

Research should influence practice.
Analysis should generate discussion.
Evidence should support decisions.

Insight becomes valuable when it helps people see something they hadn't seen before.
